Say ‘yes’ to a perfect day on the Colorado River! This ‘Half-Day Adventure’ offers a scenic, whitewater experience which is a must for water enthusiasts of all ages. Get on board with the professional guides to enjoy all the adventure of the class III ‘Shoshone Rapids,’ then slow it down and soak in the scenery of stunning Glenwood Springs Canyon as you play and paddle your way through class I-II whitewater. Each trip is about 3 - 3.5 hours long (total trip time) and departs and returns from 152 W 6th Street, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601

It was a beautiful day to float down the river and look at the mountains. The rapids were a little less intense than we expected but still fun. The highlight of the day was our awesome guide, Kat! She has a great sense of humor. She really kept us engaged the whole time by asking everyone questions and demonstrating her geographic chops. And I got to see her magic trick 😊

Zac was able to help us book the perfect rafting trip, answer many questions we had about the area and helped get us tickets to the hot springs as well. Front desk staff was extremely friendly too. The rafting trip with Tonto our guide, was perfect. We felt very confident in his abilities, he was very friendly and knew quite a bit about the area. We had some small children on the trip with us and he was very patient with them. The scenery down the Colorado River was amazing and definitely an experience will remember forever.

We 4 adults and 4 tween/teens in our group. All of us were inexperienced with rafting, but we decided to give it a try anyway and we are so glad we did! Our guide, Michael, was great! He navigated us through the rapids and made us feel so accomplished on our trip! The tweens loved getting splashed and he did his best to entertain them! You won’t regret this trip with Blue Sky and Michael!
