Most people will tell you that the Burying Point Cemetery is the most haunted cemetery in Salem - and it would be hard for us to to disagree. The Burying Point Cemetery is a popular stop on guided ghost tours in Salem. You'll hear about the history of the cemetery, its connections to the Witch Trials, and the stories of the ghosts which are said to haunt it.

The guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to wrap the tour in stories. It was nice to see Salem from a different perspective.

My favorite part of the tour was learning cool historical information and the great costuming and personality of our tour guide. Reverend Peter was comical and very knowledgeable. He helped tie together a lot of information about things we heard from the museums. It also gave us a cool perspective about places we would have overlooked. If I had known about Turners and Rockafellas cool history prior, I would have eaten there. We only had a day to visit so now we know where to go next time. We also appreciated they he was patient and allowed everyone to take pictures and still safely socially distance from each other.
