Unmatched customer service! It was our last full day on vacation and had booked through a different tour company. That company cancelled in the middle of the night via email. By some miracle I checked my email, woke up my sister, and we worked on rebooking. I don’t know how but this company still had availability for the next day (7hrs away). That morning we spoke to the owner and explained the situation and she went above and beyond, literally waking Mike up to take us out. Mike was great! He turned around what was going to be a very disappointing day for us. Beautiful tour!

I am so happy we made this work!!! our guides are honestly so eager and excited to work, that it is a true pleasure to sort out the last minute details to make tours happen. We did the back road to Hana. It was amazing! Beautiful views and stops at roadside markets, made for the perfect day. Our tour guide Mike was phenomenal!! Knowledgeable, accommodating, and fun. Highly recommend this tour. Ask for Mike!

Mike was the best! He took us to some amazing places along the Road to Hana and had so much knowledge of the area. He was really down to earth and went above and beyond to make our tour memorable.
