And since we’ve done this a few times, we’ve thought of every detail—from passenger vans custom built for the winding roads to small tour sizes—to guarantee you have an incredible journey.

Highlights of the tour include a long stop at Waianapanapa State Park with itʻs famous Black Sand Beach, Pua'a Ka'a for a waterfall swim, weather and safety permitting, and a delicious picnic lunch at a classic Hana flower farm. Other stop locations depending on tour guide and parking availability.

Travis was awesome! My wife and I were impressed with his ability to keep our group entertained with a very broad knowledge base of local history, familiar with the area, and ability to answer all questions regarding plant, animal, and really cool looking land and sea formations. All this while handling the roads which let us enjoy the scenery. We always felt like we were in good hands. The trip itself was awesome. The stops were well thought out and all made sense to let our crew / travel partners enjoy the day. From the food supplied to the venues we were brought to, I don't think it could have been better. I would NEVER recommend renting a car and doing it yourself. You would miss so many things as the passenger and the driver would HAVE to focus on navigating the road which are not easy and to an inexperienced person could be dangerous. If you needed a brain surgery would you want someone who did it 1000 times or someone who decided that day to give it a go? Waterfall!

Great trip with thanks to our informative and friendly guide, Paula, and our fellow travelers! Beautiful plantation, delicious banana bread, waterfalls, black sand beaches and blowholes, caves and tortoise galore. Don’t skip the macadamia nut brittle. This trip was everything promised, and the pickup/drop and breakfast/lunch are well worth the price. Thank you again!
