  • Safety of flight is our primary concern. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or appear to be intoxicated. Intoxicated passengers will not fly and they will be charged in full.
  • For doors off tours, jackets and/or sweatshirts, closed toe shoes, and hair ties are required. Long pants are recommended.
  • When booking the doors off experience, your seat may or may not be directly adjacent to an open door.
  • Only passengers weighing 80 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Robinson R44 helicopter. Only passengers weighing 100 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Airbus Astar helicopter.
  • All passengers 24 months and older must purchase a full fare seat.
  • For each guest weighing 260 pounds or more, a weight and balance fee is required to safely balance the aircraft. For guests weighing between 260-279 lbs, a fee in the amount of 50% of the seat price will be assessed after booking. For guests weighing 280 lbs or higher, an additional seat purchase will be assessed after booking.

We were not told about having our personal items put into a unlocked drawer and nothing in pockets when we signed up until we got there. They were not accommodating. They didn’t think there was anything wrong with having money and purses in a drawer that wasn’t locked while you go in helecopter ride…just room was locked no locked drawers with all people working there being able to get in and the people getting out of ride had access to get in drawers… unreal and unsafe

We did the 60 minute full island tour on Wednesday June 7 with the doors off, which I highly recommend! Our pilot was Tobias and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The checkin process was easy followed by a safety briefing. We were then driven out to the flight line where our turbine powered Airbus AS-350B2 awaited. We took off and went past Waikiki, Diamond Head and up the east coast of Oahu. We flew st around 1,500-2,500 feet. Great views of the water, military bases, mountains, waterfalls and farms. From the north shore we flew south and went right over Pearl Harbor, the Arizona Memorial and Ford Island. Definitely do the 60 minute tour versus the shorter ones and get the video of your flight. We had a great time. I plan to do it again when we return with my in-laws!
