I didn’t do the tour. I paid and received instructions by email on how to download the app Welcome Walks. You must create an account and sign up to use the app and this is where I encountered problem. The app wouldn’t let me register an account, it kept displaying an error. I deleted and downloaded the app again multiple times, tried using different emails, it just wouldn’t work. I sent a message to the tour operator and they gave me a phone number for their tech guy immediately. He even called me himself but couldn’t fix the problem, he said he would escalate it to a different team and offered a refund. I said it was no problem and I could wait until the solution was ready since my trip got delayed anyway. Well, it’s been a month, I haven’t heard from them since and neither the tour operator or the tech guy return my messages. Hope my $15 for the non-refundable tour will help you fix the issue that’s kinda important. Won’t ever use them again and will think twice about booking any non-refundable tours in the future.

I understand the frustration of not getting answers, you may even think we're not interested in giving a good service, but nothing further from the truth. As we spoke, last time I offered you a refund if we could not fix the issue. The refund is being processed. I keep my promises!
