I was there last night and the big bus told us there is no night tour and the one on the line was the last trip of the day and that was only 5pm around 99 jeffersob St. I showed them my voucher and they just told us to contact viator which was hard for us to do because there was no contact number provided in the app.. My husband was so upset with the staff there so they end up letting us hop in with their last trip. Why would you sell tickets when there was no scheduled trip that day? It was really frustrating and embarassing to be arguing with the staff in the skyline office.

It was dark. I couldn't see much except Bob's Donuts and the Golden Gate Bridge. I have nothing else to share except the driver was nice.

San Francisco at night is wonderful, but there was only pre recorded history of the sites. Also it was cold and we were not told that Bay Bridge would be part so we could dress accordingly.
