We actually had to cancel several hours before the tour started because of illness, but never got ANY response from the tour operator about any amount of refund due to unforeseen circumstances. Any acknowledgement would have been nice.

All apologies for missing your message as communication via Viator messages tends to get delayed which I have experienced with other guest and their lack of push notices makes communication difficult. AS per your cancelling within hours of an already set tour, on an insanely busy New Years weekend, this one man show missed your message until after the next day when I was unable to respond back immediately. Also as per your agreement with Viator, you know the issues related with cancelling with such short notice and the possibility of no refund with that said I’d be happy to accommodate you on your next trip back to Santa Fe.
