This was an absolutely wonderful tour. My friends and I found Shannon to be well informed, knowledgeable and very entertaining. He was always willing to answer any questions we had and took all the time necessary to take us through the cemetery and point out interesting facts. I highly recommend taking this tour over all the other Bonaventure tours. Thank you, Shannon, for a wonderful tour!

I enjoyed a wonderful Bonaventure Cemetery Journey today with Shannon Scott as the guide! He did an amazing job relating facts and figures about all the souls resting here. The history, folklore, and tales made the walkabout so easy and before I knew it, 2+ hours had passed. I am already adding books he mentioned to my reading list, historical figures to my learning list, and cemetery sculptures to my “to do for my grave” list!!! Today was well worth the cost of admission and I wish I could do it again to “cement” those things in my mind! I especially loved learning about little Gracie Watson! Great Job Shannon!

After having heard that the Bonaventure Cemetary is a 'must see' when in Savannah, we booked the Bonaventure Cemetary Journeys with Shannon Scott tour. The 2+ hour tour was so incredibly informative. Shannon is a walking encyclopedia of Savannah history and had deep knowledge of the infamous residents of the cemetery and their families. He shared the backgrounds on the construction of the tombstones, the original planning of the entire cemetary and history of graves being desecrated and restored or preserved. His sharing of the history certainly held everyone's undivided attention. Savannah has SO much interesting history and Shannon's cemetary tour brought that history to life. I highly recommend this tour!
