I've been on a few tours and this one is unlike any other. Patrick is a great guide both knowledgeable about the paranormal and history!! He uses state or the art paranormal equipment that we use in the paranormal field. He is so hilarious not a stuffy boring guide or outrageous costume wearing clown. Dont be surprised if you experience activity. When I was there I witnesses a voice beyond the grave. I highly recommend

Patrick Burns is the real deal! Most ghost tours in Savannah consist of storytelling and that's fine, but storytelling is where it stops. But with Patrick, get ready to go way beyond just stories, as he takes it to another level altogether! The big difference with Patrick is that not only is he a great storyteller, but he is also an experienced Paranormal Investigator with impressive credientials. Not only has he had a Paranormal TV show, but he brings a wealth of experience and evidence along with him that his tour groups get to benefit from. It's like this, do you want to hear someone tell you stories about what they have heard that ice cream tastes like, or do you want to hear stories from someone who has experienced eating ice cream and will share the ice cream with you and let you taste some too? You will get to see photos and hear recordings of EVP's that Patrick has previously collected from the different locations you visit on the tour. You also have the advantage of him attempting to capture EVP's right there on the spot with his tour groups. So it's like you are getting to be a paranormal investigator right along with him. He is very personable and respectful, as well as humorous and extremely knowledgeable. And his wife Marley is very sweet and fun too! This was our second tour with Patrick, we had gone on his tour two years ago and now came back to Savannah and went with him again. And WOW, his tours have really grown, so it's hard to get a spot on one of his tours now. He is a sought after guide for sure! I have been on alot of different ghost tours in Savannah and in many other cities, but Patrick rocks! You won't be disappointed!

Had a good tour tonight, Patrick even did an EVP and got some responses. Tour not only includes savannah haunted history but also real experiences and evidence from the host. This is a real ghost tour not just a history lesson. Recommend highly. Saw kids on the tour but being a parent i would rate the tour PG-13 since it does deal with a subject and language not suitable in my opinion to younger ears. This is not a statement against the tour just a note from a parent should other parents want to know.
