We’ve done different ghost/crime tours all over the east coast and this one fell short of our expectations. We learned a lot about our guide’s personal history, financial woes, and why she was bitter toward the company and her college. My husband wanted to give this one star but we gave it two because she did give us some history about the buildings and cemeteries we passed. Overall, she was not in a great mood, complained about having to host two tours that night, and made a lot of self-depreciating comments about no one laughing at her jokes. The good news is, you probably won’t have this tour guide because she’s leaving soon. We wish her the best, but our experience was not worth $70 for two people.

The tour wasn't scary at all. Our guide was really nice. Overall for the money it was ok. But it seemed to fall flat. I'm not sure why it was adult only I think most kiddos would be fine. It wasn't catered to children like the other tours, but the content wasn't too scary for them. I would say 12+ would be fine! We did hear several ghost stories but they weren't all necessarily new to us.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us your thoughts about Dead of Night! Typically our adult only tours are for ages 16+ and we are glad that you enjoyed your guide! We are not sure how old your children are, but our guide more than likely told the stories in a way that would appeal to a wider-aged audience than if there were no children present.
