Stay away!!! Ghost city tours employs guides who refuse to wear masks, including on night tours with 30 people in attendance. Briana the manager insists that they can't tell their employees to keep their customers safe. If you want to get COVID, do this on your vacation!! Horrible customer service. This company is trash.

My friend and I came down to Savannah for a weekend and wanted to go on a tour. Viator gave us the wrong address and when I called them, they did not agree to refund my money back. My friend and I showed up and the address that was given which was not the correct one that was sent to me. Will never book through them again.

We thought it was a great tour. Out guide. Skippy was very informative. There is so much history out there.
