I was very disappointed in the total disregard for customer safety in relationship to the covid crisis. Visiting here we wanted to support local businesses. Restaurants, golf courses, shops were all responsible and encouraged social distancing and cleanliness. This business proudly stated he didn’t believe in wearing masks and there was no cleaning of ANYTHING. The irresponsibility and lack of concern for their customers compels me to caution anyone from spending money with this company. There are other ones in the community who welcome your business and want to keep their community safe.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry our service did not meet your expectations, as we always pride ourselves on excellent customer service. However your review does not explain how was your Segway Tour experience. Due to COVID-19 limitations and changes we are taking all the appropriate precautions to provide safe environment for ourselves and our customers. As far as Cleanliness goes, part of doing Segway Tours is desinfecting and sanitizing all of our equipment between tours at all times. As far as wearing masks goes, you must wear your mask while in the office and once the tour leaves outside we can't force customers to wear them due to high humidity and high Texas temperatures. We have implemented new changes to our policy to ensure the safety and health of our customers are being met.
