Listen as your guide weaves tales of ghosts, debauchery, murder, mayhem, and paranormal activities of downtown Historic Pensacola. We will provide ghost hunting equipment, but feel free to bring your own! Be careful! You may be joined for lunch it dinner by uninvited ghosts. Spirits are not just what is on the menu, this haunted restaurant has more than just spirits on tap.

I have always wanted to see more of Seville Quarter and this was a great tour to do just that! Ericka gave a great history of the location and the back stories of the ghosts/spirits in the building.

I took my family to the Haunted Ghost tour and Lunch today. We all had a great time!!! Erika and Valerie were our tour guides. They were both very informative of the history of Seville Quarters and theirs ghosts Erika showed us various equipment used in ghost hunting and how they work. Then off to exploring we went. We had some of the meters go off in various places. Also had a little question and answer session with the spirits. After our ghost hunting was done we all gathered for lunch. You receive a $12 voucher for lunch as part of your ticket. My family and I all enjoyed our meals. Even my daughter who has to be gluten free. So if you are looking for something to do and enjoy history/hauntings I would recommend doing this tour.

My sister's and I booked were booked on the 7pm tour for the Seville Quarter red light tour. The tour was booked July 29, 2021! We arrived an hour early , we had a drink and went to the front door at 6:45pm. At 7:15pm there was still no one from the tour. I looked up the phone number and called the owner Ericka. I told her who I was and she informed me that the tour was cancelled due to weather. I advised her that there was no bad weather and I was unsure what weather she was speaking of! She told me that they tried several time to contact me via email but were not successful and they had refunded my money! I told her I never received an email from her company, and she said maybe it went to my spam! I received a confirmation email after I booked the tour that was not in my spam. I asked her what email did she send it too? She also advised me that they did not have a phone number to call me regarding the cancellation (when you book you can't pay without adding your phone number! After several minutes of her trying to find my email address, she told me she would resend what they emailed me! Ericka then proceeded to ask me for my email address!! Needless to say, I checked my credit card statement and there money was refunded. But I would expect a company to contact me, which she said she did and that was a lie because I never got an email! Second, my number was entered on the booking form, because I didn't have a choice but to add it!! Third, she never apologized and continued to say she refunded my money! I would never do business with a unreliable and untrustworthy company!
