A perfect way to see the sights of LA in a day. Our tour guide was John and he gave us a very witty and well informed tour. We set off on time in a clean, comfy, air-conditioned van. Plenty of rest-room stops along the way. Stopped at a diner that served great food and shakes at a reasonable price. Saw all the main attractions/sights as detailed on the tour itinerary. Highlight was driving through and stopping at Hollywood. Highly recommended, a great day and many thanks to John,

I took the tour when it was a slow day. Not very interesting at all. The driver didn't want us to wander far from the car. I understood that he had to keep up with the schedule but there were only 3 of us, just relax and be flexible. Miscommunication about my reservation, i was told that i needed at least 2 ppl from my party to book, then later on i was asked to pay for my tour even though i already pre-paid with viator. Glad we figured it out. I would not recommend this to anyone else.

The tour lasted 9 hours instead of 8 hours due to traffic. It’s ok it happens. Of these 9 hours we spent 7 sitting on the bus. 1 hour to eat at 1:15 pm in a restaurant chosen by the driver and 4 stops of max 15-20 min at the stadium, hollywood boul, hollywood sign (from afar) and venice beach. Everything else was guided travel sitting on the bus. I would have liked more time to explore and visit on foot. I had booked a similar tour via Tripadvisor in Rome and we loved it. This time I was very disappointed. Positive points; 1. Price 2. Knowledge of the driver who answered all questions.

This time I was very disappointed. Positives; 1. Prizes 2. Knowledge of the driver who answered all questions. We appreciate your taking the time to share your comments concerning your recent tour with us. Review of our documentation concerning your time with us does match your memory of times involved. Although there was indeed heave traffic which did add to the tours time, the time spent at the various locations along the way was considerably longer than your recollection. The restaurant we stop at is not the choice of the driver, it is an integral part of the tour. Mel's diner is a tourist attraction in its own right and has been our "go to" lunch location for over 20 years. You compared a tour of Los Angeles with a tour of Rome is like comparing apples with oranges. We have never heard of a comment like that. We appreciate your listing "positives". The guide's knowledge was great to see but curious as to what "prizes" you saw/received. Once again, thanks for taking the time to share your input.
