Your guide will tell you about the marine life you encounter. Your boat is equipped with dolphin and whale information, fun facts and photos of recent sightings. The tours are two hours and are great for families, couples, private parties and corporate events. For anyone and everyone who loves the ocean or the wildlife we may encounter, our adventure is perfect!

The first hour was a bit slow but the scenery was beautiful and the music was exactly to our taste. Pink Floyd, David Bowie, some deep tracks from the Rolling Stones, Travelling Wilburys, Steve Miller. Sean and Brett spied sa pod of about 40 Common Dolphins feeding on a big bait ball. We spent about 20 awesome minutes in the midst of them, when one or two whales spouted. A fog was rolling in as we headed back but just as we were going to go home without another whale, a gray whale, showed up and BREACHED! Just like in the movies, this was most excellent! We had a true Ocean Adventure!

I took my 5yr old son whale watching with Oceanside Adventures. The boat was a good size with both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating though is vented so a lot of wind still makes it into the indoor section. We lucked out and went on a very warm day, but I would bring a warm sweatshirt at the very least just in case. It's colder and windier out on the water. They have basic snacks for sale on board because you're not allowed to bring your own food. We ended up seeing 2 whales migrating together. We didn't get very close, but it was still cool. We had a good time!

Oceanside Adventures features a sleek, motorized catamaran, venturing out on the Pacific Ocean. I've been out three times, and have always seen whales and dolphins, and enjoyed the narration of the captain. The first mate is awesome, as well as the office staff. Check out this new whale-watching business….you won't be disappointed!
