Kevin was a really great guide. He was very knowledgeable and my husband and I learnt a lot. We appreciated the artwork much more than we would have on our own.

Good morning, I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT THAT MY TICKET WAS REFUSED IN METROPOLITAN MUSEUM…and as a result, a had to pay again bying another three tickets there. How can I have my money back? They told me (museum staff) thay Viator has been already advised about this… Best regards, Vera Cabral

Thank you for reaching out. Our instructions state that you meet our guide on time inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art after the security check. The guide is by the pharaoh statue to the right once you enter the Great Hall where they give you your tickets. We cannot guarantee late entry as this is up to staff exception. Jett our guide was phenomenal! Great knowledge and insight into the art! We had a blast our first visit to the museum and could have spent all day! Next time we’ll take an even longer tour!
