When I arrived in the morning, parking lot was full even for disabled. Off-site parking not an option as it is difficult for me to walk long distances. I had no choice but to leave. I couldn’t return until about 3:30. Lot still full, but one spot opened while I waited a minute. (Still had to pay full 12 hour rate of $10). Needless to say, due to my limited walking ability, this did not allow enough time to thoroughly enjoy and explore and “get my money’s worth”.
Since I knew I would be “short changed” I had attempted to find a phone number to call Viator to exchange my ticket (which, by the way, was $3 higher than the regular admission). No number. No contact info. Disappointed in lack of customer service.
The museum, however, was quite impressive—the parts I had time to see, anyway.
