Amazing staff on board. Our daughter held her wedding on board 07/14/2021 on the flight deck. Her father served on the Midway from 1984 - 1987/1988. He passed away 7 months after our daughter was born in January 1992. Her stepfather who also served in the US Navy gave her away. Beautiful weather, the Flags were out on the deck. Every thing ran smoothly. She was able to create a 3 chair photo area to honor her father, grand father and cousin. Thank you for making this special event happen for our family.

Fun and thorough experience. My kids loved exploring the different levels of the carrier and they especially loved the admiral’s quarters.

My husband is a Navy Veteran. We were in San Diego a few years ago for a wedding. We stayed at the Wyndham Hotel. He could see the Midway from there. We tried to fit in the schedule. We could not. I had then told myself we would come back. I made the arrangments and we did. However he has a brace on his right leg so things are a little slow for us these days. We did not know how it would be for him to get around. There was no problem. There were so many Veteran's so much older and all were accomidated. We were there 4 hours and still did not to see it all. The volunteers that were there to give actual presentations in radio frequency, landing and taking off on an aircraft carrier among others was simple history at it's best. Thank you!
