We came here in May, Memorial Day weekend, as a couple and saw a super long line outside. We bought tickets online while we were standing outside and that worked perfectly and the line only ended up being 10 minutes.
Once we got inside I found that there is nowhere to sit and there are lines for everything. The signs and process and all of that was interesting but I would have liked someone walking us through the bottling process or how they mixed stuff or more details rather than just a couple of signs here and there. The movie was OK but not what I was expecting. And at the end, the tasting was really just 7 flavors and that's it. They didn't even have regular Coke, which is their best product. My understanding from reading the description of the Web page was that you had unlimited flavors and tastings to try things from around the world, but that's not really the case. See my picture for the 7 options that you have.
We were here Memorial Day weekend and it was completely packed and the lines were really long. If you have someone in your group who cannot stand for a long time, this is not the place for them. There are not many benches or places to sit throughout the facility. All of the employees were super nice and friendly and answered our questions . Of course the gift shop is at the end and they have all kinds of fun things to buy and that's of course your last line.
We were there 2 and a 1/2 hours from start to finish and went through every room and did everything they had to offer.
