Loved the Ziplines! Our guides Jonathan and Nick were awesome!! They were so funny and helpful. We can't wait to go back again!!

We didn't start the day nor this lifetime wanting to zip line. We were having lunch at a place at the bottom of the hill from here and saw people zip lining so I looked it up on TripAdvisor. The reviews which rave about the staff are spot on. I seriously had no desire to zip line but just reading about the crew made me want to go. (On that note...make sure you bring some cash to tip afterwards because they earn every dollar!) I read a lot of reviews trying to get answers to how much physical activity would be required and didn't stumble on any so if you are seeking that info then here are the details. You are taken up a big hill by riding in the bed of a big truck equipped for passengers. Once at the top of the hill there is a big spiral staircase (maybe 40-50 steps) up to a metal platform. Truthfully this was the scariest part for me and my husband because the tower sways a bit as people move around. (Also, I should mention at this point that you are standing in close proximity to people while you are waiting your turn at every line. If you are worried about social distancing this isn't going to be enjoyable for you. For that fact, you probably should steer clear of Pigeon Forge. Personally I enjoyed being somewhere where masks were optional and everyone could make their own decisions but I know some people aren't comfortable with that.) From the initial line forward there really wasn't too much climbing. Maybe halfway through there was a short hill to walk up and a few stairs to make it to the next line at a few points. As many others have said, we felt safe the whole time. The guides are incredible! I watched how consistent they were hooking everyone on the lines and how they communicated with each other. They definitely have this down and safety is tops. My biggest tip is to drill in your head that if you spin while zipping then it's imperative that your "brake" hand be in front of you (so not in the path of the trolley). It will make sense when you are there as they will go over it but instinct will have you placing your brake hand behind you but if you spin 180 degrees then that's not the spot it should be in. Everything else is easy! After we completed the seven lines (this took about 2 hours with a group of 10) we felt like pros and had we had time would have loved to have gone again. We will definitely visit again! Also, though we didn't have time for horseback riding we were impressed by how little it costed to add that option on (about $10 extra per person) and thought it was cool that they didn't insist that you do the two activities back to back (they were willing to let us ride the next day though that didn't fit our schedule). My husband and I along with our two teens have a healthy fear of heights and had a blast! I highly (if you can't tell already :)) recommend this!!!

It was our first time zip lining and it was amazing!!! Crazy Terry and Nick made us feel safe and they were very entertaining! I would recommend this place to all my friends! We will be back!!
