This absolutely fulfilled a bucket list item for me! As a Florida native, I had never seen a manatee in the wild and desperately wanted to. This was an amazing experience! Dustin and Christian knew where to take us to get close exposure away from the crowds, and were incredibly knowledgeable about these beautiful creatures. They made sure we were respectful and treated the animals well without disturbing them, while also getting some incredible close up encounters and incredible photos. My husband and I had an amazing time and hope to come again! We would highly recommend it.
I am adding a couple pics we got on my phone, but we also bought the professional photos of us swimming with them! Maybe I will be able to add those when I have Wifi.
I will add that the water is pretty chilly, so be prepared to have your breath taken away when you first get in! But there are warm jackets, hot chocolate, and coffee on board to help you fight the chill. And while we went on the 1:15 tour, I hear the early morning (6:45) and late evening (6:30ish?) tours see even more manatees who may even be curious about you! We saw maybe 7 up close (really up close!! One was almost nose to nose with me!!) and passed a good 10 others. But according to our friendly guides, those times see even more. So WHEN you book (not if!), you may want to try one of those out. :)
