We had a private tour in Napa. There were 11 people and we had a great time touring 4 wineries in Napa with zero worries about driving. Shelly Alexander, our driver, could not have been nicer. She kept us on schedule, was extremely friendly,, and answered our questions we had about Napa. To top it off, she had a great playlist for us to listen to in the shuttle. The day could not have gone better!

Thanks so much, Melanie! You're right in that tour guides do not come any more sweet or personable than Shelly. I'm glad you loved her playlist, too. We help each of our guides put together these mixes that evolve over time with input from their tour groups.

Tour guide Steven was a pleasant and knowledgeable guide. Pick up from the hotel was very convenient and easy. This tour was a great way to spend 5.5 hours touring and tasting without having to worry about drinking and driving. You also get to see the beauty of the valley through the tour bus windows. The lunch left a little to be desired especially after eating sandwiches from the Bouchon bakery (different tour) but at least it was there right when you needed it after 2 tastings. A good time was had by all.

Thanks very much for your tour feedback - it's great to hear that you so-enjoyed Stephen's tour. He's new with us this season, but he is no stranger to guiding tours. We're very happy to have him on board! I admit it is tough to compete with Thomas Keller for picnic lunching, but we'll keep trying...

I have been on many tours all over the world and bar none this was the best. Our tour guide Bob was fabulous. His knowledge of the area, wine and history of the valley was great. By the end of the day we made some great friends from all over the US. Thanks again Bib for a great day!
