Went to 4 different wineries that offered different things. The first, Ravenswood, was probably the most interesting as we walked into the vineyards, tasted the grapes and got an indepth lesson into how to grow grapes in an environmentally beneficial way. Also barrel tasted some wines. David was superb. Buena Vista Winery was 2nd with its oldest premium winery history. The caves were unique and the lunch provided was more than adequate. Valley of the Moon Winery was kind of the most common type of tour but had some of the cheapest prices for wine to buy. Mayo Winery was last but, the wine geek really knew his stuff and imparted this wisdom to us. We loved the tour.
