I couldn’t make it to the location on time. So I wanted to cancel it. I didn’t get any refund. So I lost money and paid for nothing.

Sorry to hear that you didn't receive the best experience. We do ask everyone to arrive 30min prior to tour time for check in and boarding with enough time. We try to be flexible and if you miss your tour we try to put you on another time, non guaranteed, as your seat was guaranteed and we saved it for you. Sorry that you were not able to ride and hope you can come back in a near future.

The boat experience itself was fun. However, if you are a racial/ethnicity minority please beware. Certain staff that work for this company are racist. The guy that took my name made a racist/offensive remark towards me.

Great time, knowledgeable guides, good jokes, and exhilarating speeds. If you’re susceptible to motion sickness, take a dramamine prior.
