Great experience. Management was understanding to allow us with a later group as we missed our time slot. I strongly advise everyone to appear at least 15 min prior to their slot. Please keep in mind traffic is generally high during the weekends. Coming back to the experience, this is much better if you are looking for a shorter duration and some speedboat thrill. Music played during the ride adds more fun to the experience. Must visit during your Miami trip
