Very bad, I want my money back, horrible experience. They couldn’t schedule my visit for another day

Thank you for choosing us and for your review. Sorry to hear that you were not able to ride. We ask all of our customers to arrive 30 min to our dock for check in and boarding. We do save your seat and will not resell it, so if you don't show up, that seat will be empty. If you have further concerns, please email us at [email protected] so that we can assist you.

Did not know what to expect but the 45 minutes was funny and fast and well worth it. Guide was funny and captain professional and would highly recommend this. Done a few tours in Miami but this tour is by far the best and when I return will definitely try the other boat they have

Lots of fun! Nice staff, captain was funny, we sat on the sides near the back in the orange boat and got splashed a lot. People in the front looked dry. Strongly recommend going!
