Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. U.S. Park Police have final say on what is allowed. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
Because we must purchase non-refundable ferry tickets for your visit NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour for any reason.

Went on a Statue of Liberty tour that was fantastic. We took a boat to see the Statue and learned about the history of this building. It was so large that you don't get the full effect until you actually go up inside the structure. I took pictures of the structure as far as we could go up inside. It is an awsome sight to see pictures of people who saw this as they sailed up the river to New York. I would recommend this tour.

What a significant part of American History ,this is so majestic and Proud Statue. Which i used to only admire in a brochure or TV movies,then you get to meet her in person, WOW mind blowing and breath taking. Must see. Words will never describe the 911 Memorial and the World Trade Centre. Lest We Forget.

We really enjoyed this tour of three of the great symbols of American freedom and democracy led by Patrick Fitzpatrick. The NYC native added historical facts, personal anecdotes and interesting views on the meaning and significance of the three sites to the U.S. and NY. The tour was well organized with enough time at each stop. Tour guide was effective at avoiding lines and keeping our group on time. The time between the am and pm portion gave us added time at Ellis Island and a chance for our own lunch choice. The 911 memorial tour really provided an expanded perspective on the effect on the area around the towers and the people there that day. It went well beyond the memorial itself to sites and other memorials in the area that we never would have discovered on our own. Patrick added personal anecdotes about that tragic that included his relationship to the first responders that were very poignant.
