Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. U.S. Park Police have final say on what is allowed. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
Because we must purchase non-refundable ferry tickets for your visit NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour for any reason.

Booked this for my 10 yr old daughter and I and I'm SO glad we did. This adventure was amazing. Our tour guide Derek was great, very informative and if you want that perfect picture, he's NOT afraid to literally lay down on the ground to get that perfect shot. Great Tour, great value for what we got and I highly recommend. If you get Derek as your tour guide, even better!!

Great tour worth an excellent guide who was very informative. Statue was great. Walking tour of ground zero and surrounding sites like the chapel were great. Only downside is should give you the option to skip Ellis island. It was ok but would not go back.

Matt did an amazing job. He knew so much about NYC and little tidbits about other things, not just the places we visited. Highly recommended. It was a long day, but totally worth it. We very much enjoyed it. Thanks!
