I will start by saying that the pilot was great, and the balloon experience was awesome. However, the rest of the crew was pretty much useless. For starters, they didn’t bring bottled water, but this was promised in the ticket. My family had water, but we left it in the car because it was promised as included in the ticket. When we were finished three hours later, one of the crew went and got water for the rest of the crew but not the paying families. Three hours in the desert without the promised bottled water is absolutely unacceptable. Criminal. We are sick and furious.

The pilot was great and the experience was awesome…. Until they didn’t have water. The ticket told me that bottled water was included. There was no water. We met the team at 4:40 am and are being delivered to our car now at 7:50 am Over three hours in the desert without water for my family is unacceptable. We left our water supply in the car because the ticket specifically said that water would be supplied. Absolutely unacceptable!
