Weight limits apply: Maximum per-passenger weight is 250lbs. Maximum weight of all passengers combined must not exceed 500lbs.

Passenger weights must be accurately provided at time of booking. Groups reaching a combined weight of 500 lbs will be subject to a weight check upon arrival for their flight. Any individual weighing 300 lbs or more will not be permitted to fly per the limitations of the aircraft. Any cancellation of a planned flight due to weights exceeding the maximum allowable aircraft weight (individual or combined) will be charged at full price.

Starting at South Tahoe Airport, this 30 minute tour first embarks to Emerald Bay, then south past Mount Tallac, and over the shoreline of Fallen Leaf lake. Head west over Glen Alpine Falls below, climbing towards Pyramid Peak. The area is scattered with myriad lakes and waterfalls. Fly over Lake Aloha and past Horsetail Falls, dropping nearly 500 feet.

Departing the Lake Tahoe Airport, you'll head to the south shore of breathtaking Lake Tahoe, then along the shoreline to Emerald Bay to take in the stunning views of this iconic alpine lake. Depart Emerald Bay heading south over Fallen Leaf Lake on your way to see the beautiful and rugged Desolation Wilderness. The area is dotted with many lakes as you climb up to 10,000 feet! Fly past Horsetail Falls, dropping over 500 feet. The tour concludes after reaching Echo Summit and then returning to the Lake Tahoe Airport.

This was a blast. The pilot Josh was a great tour guide and knew all about the Tahoe landscape. It was so cool flying in a helicopter! If you are thinking about doing this but not sure....DO IT. YOU WONT REGRET IT! Tahoe is beautiful from the air!

Tahoe is certainly one the most attractive places in the world, even more so, as you stated, if seen from the perspective of a flying carpet. We consider ourselves very fortunate to live and work with these amazing surroundings. Even after 15 years of incident/accident free operations, it is still mesmerizing to come to the office and fly with our customers. We booked a helicopter tour after another activity fell through and are so happy we did! We asked to book the staff's favorite tour. He was honest and didn't try to oversell us. On the day of our flight, we arrived at the office and warmly greeted. Our pilot was confident and seemed so genuine about providing us with a memorable experience. A view of Emerald Bay and the mountains, lakes and waterfalls (although they were pretty dry) from the sky was beautiful. Post flight back at the office, we chatted with staff for a while. They didn't rush us out and act like they had other places to be. Highly recommend this tour company!

The views were wonderful. The ride was smooth. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Tahoe area.
