So very sorry that you had such a disappointing experience. This is a history tour with tastings, and though the 8+ samples are filling for some, everyone is different. We understand it was not what you expected. We don't include a beverage for various logistical reasons, which is why we do remind guests to bring a refillable water bottle if they have one, and water is available for purchase on the tour. Apologies if that was not clear. Please contact us with your booking information so we can issue you a gift card as a compensation.
