We were waiting outside the Hyatt Regency to be picked up for the Hill Country Tour when a bus arrived and said are you on the Hill Country Tour which we replied yes the driver took and looked at our ticket and told us to get on the bus which we did then done further pick ups, we were then told we were not on his list and he would have to phone his office, then on the highway to the first stop he passed the phone down the bus to us and we were asked to pay all this time the driver was still driving so we had no other choice than to pay as we would of been late if dropped back to the hotel for our original tour with a different company not that we were ever given that choice, on the first stop when we had a chance to speak to the driver who was called Ray he said it was Grayline and not San Antonio Tour which we had booked for, why did he not tell us this when we gave him our ticket as you can see it is clear on the ticket, and checked out names on the list that he had, why did he come to the Hyatt nobody else got on so what happened to those people or do they drive to hotels and see if they can pick up people to get more sales, have emailed the company twice only had one reply from Melanie which gave no explanation as to why we were picked up,we go to the US many times and would not use this company. Tour wasn’t great speakers in the bus was not working and seeing as we had to pay Grayline for the tour which we had already paid for with the other company, and was not our mistake.
