Recently I ordered, on line, tickets for the Grave Ghost Tour and purchased 3 adult tickets, 2 child and SEND. I realized I ordered one too many adult tickets and quickly called customer service for a refund, which was told they do not offer. Not shown on the order, but only when tickets were printed.. Was offered a "store credit". This is a national company that does not offer a refund on a credit card. Very poor customer service, I am out $27.99, except for a store credit that I don't need or want.
