Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.

Excellent experience one of the highlights of our holiday.Just a few points ,
The extra $30 security payment per person not mentioned until yo
u have paid and received tickets.
The helicopter is loaded by weight I was between 2 large men with one of them constantly taking photos which limited my view out. The number of passengers per helicopter should be limited to 4 so a clear view is given.
I took the video option at $79 it was under 5 minutes which included prerecorded footage not good value.
It should be noted that if purchased a New York pass, a 10% discount is offered for Liberty Helicopters

The helicopter tour was great, pilot gave an excellent commentary and views of NY were spectacular. Disappointment was being hit up for $30 per person for a "security" charge when checking in. This was a ripoff.
