We had city passes for a group of high schoolers…we called in advance to make sure we could show up at 10:00 pm on a Thursday…when we got to the Rock, we didn’t realize we needed to convert the city passes to tickets before our visit. They told us we could not go to the top (and we were unable to reschedule). We spoke to several people and finally Cierra spoke to us…and bottom line, she and Stafenaek made it happen! Cierra took the time to convert the tickets. Richard and Clifford were awesome talking to us and giving us advise on booking in the future! We talked football (and Josh Allen IS MVP!) and New York inside info and our kids got to go to the top and had a great time in the fog!! Thank you Top of the Rock for making it happen for us Floridians and we’ll be back because of your hospitality!

This was one the the best things we did in New York. Would definitely recommend going at night as the city looks incredible all lit up. The views are amazing and it definitely has the wow factor.

Amazing views from the top. A special thanks to Nankoo, he was so kind and helpful. We went up at 8pm and it was nice and quiet.
