Good view. No issues. Good view of Empire State Building and central park. Visited early in the day, the process and the staff were all friendly and ok. We all had a good day.

Was a good experience but there was a long wait to get to the top and even longer to do the beam. It took a few minutes then back to waiting to go back down some lifts not working so took a long time

We paid £250 for VIP PASS, Guided Tour, the Beam The whole activity lasted no more than 15 mins and there was no Guided Tour or Rep they even said we did not have access to the beam. This was truly a total let down
