Please see additional information below:
• You will be required to collect your tickets at least 1 hour prior to showtime at the Excalibur Box Office
• You will need to present valid, government issued photo ID such as a drivers license or passport
• Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior to show commencement or seating cannot be guaranteed
• Appropriate attire is required. No swimwear and no cut-off shorts permitted. Shoes are required
• Use of any recording devices and/or cameras is strictly prohibited
• Once the booking is submitted all sales are final, non-changeable, non-transferable and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
• There will be no refund due to late arrival to a performance. The ticket holder may be refused entry to the show until a suitable break in the performance, if available.

The show was amazing fun and very interactive. We were seated in section Austria and the server/waiter who was supposed to take our drink order NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED us. My partner finally got his attention however by this time the show was nearly over and he was bringing the bills to the other patrons he had sold alcohol beverages too. I didn't want to say this but it felt racist as we were 3 of maybe 5 black people in attendance that night. Needless to say our night ended 30 minutes before the show ended, as we found out our teenager is allergic to horses and had to call paramedics for her.

This has been a long running show in Las Vegas. Friends who took their kids all recommended it and said that kids enjoyed it more than the adults. I must agree with that. But it's still quite entertaining for the adults with delicious foods. Food - a set meal included in the ticket price. Water/juice/soft drink are included in the price, alcoholic beverages are extra. There is no utensil, you eat with your fingers. It's half chick, corn, and potatoes. Tasty. Show - decent with nice customs. Seat - Sections best for viewing are Dragon, Russia, Hungary, and Norway. France and Ireland are too close to the stage. Spain and Austria is fine except when actions were on the side, you don't see it clearly. It's a lighthearted show, a good option, OK to do it at least once. Some people like it a lot to do it multiple times. They manage the traffic flow and directions before the show were well given via your confirmation emails/app/text. The only drawback is this show is better if audiences participate fully. But it's hard to participate fully when most people were eating at the same time, with their mouth full and greasy fingers to clap, cheer, or shout. I wanted to do more but hard to execute to the extend I desired. The service was decent. No major issues.
