Being that it was our first in NY, a group of my women friends, in a place that we didn't know who to trust for professional service, efficiency, and reliability, I am glad that I was able to find them on Trip Advisor. We felt very safe traveling as women with drivers, Pedro and Renny. Space-wise, with the SUV, we were very well accommodated for 4 medium/large suitcases and 3 carry-on bags. Communication was professional and accurate. Before being received from the airport, they communicated with me who would pick us up, where, and time. When I had questions for clarification or delayed flight arrival, they communicated within a timely manner and with a reasonable price.
