Avoid this company at all costs
I am writing a review just to make you understand what you are actually paying money for when booking with this company.
Extremely rude staff, no smiles, "Hi" or "Bye", they shout at each other in front of you and shout at you as well if you arrive late.
They tell you to come 45 minutes earlier and charge $50 dollar extra if you arrive 15 minutes late and a $100 if you arrive half an hour late.
Just to make you understand you will have to spend at least 1 full hour to come there from NYC (you have to get a train and then pay another $20 to take an Uber from the station cause it's the only way to reach them). So you lose half-day for 20 minutes helicopter ride and pay extra $50/$150 to ride with them. SO they are NOT as cheap as you may think at first.
YOU CANT cancel if you have a last-minute issue cause they don't issue ANY refunds. And they will not re-schedule if you cancel less than 48h in advance, so you ll just lose your money.
Stuff was utter unprofessional, solving their personal issues in front of me and treating people extremely rude and ignorant.
I had a nosebleed that day on the way to the helicopter ride and because if that arrived late. Despite my health condition they refused to make any exceptions and charged me $100 late fee and the blond American lady (who looked like the only manager who was there) was screaming at me and behaving very very rude.
Having worked in this industry myself, to see something like this was just shocking. All this creates such a dreadful impression of the company image that I am genuinely surprised how they still operate with such a low level of customer service.
If you are a boss of this company and reading this review, please take a closer look at the people you put to run/manage the company. Cause the blond American lady I was dealing with, apart from being extremely rude with people that pay your company money, was literally calling all other stuff idiots in front of me. I have never ever seen something like this in my life.
If you are a customer, please consider other companies instead. At least they will not spoil all the impression from the ride and in fact, you'll pay the same money, even if you feel like you are overpaying a bit in comparison with this company.
None of the staff was wearing masks.
The helicopter pilot was nice as well as the photographer, but that's about it

You checked in 13 minutes before your flight you were late and got charged a late fee. As for your condition of a nose bleed you never called to say you were running late nor did your condition deter you from taking your tour. The office manager was doing her job, you were verbally rude because you had to pay the late fee. It is customer Responsibility to read and follow directions and courtesy to call when running late.
