I booked based on the high ratings for this experience and we were not disappointed. Laura did a great job and kept it all engaging and fresh even though she's done it all hundreds of times before. The history was very interesting -- covering the neighborhood, music hall, the church/crypt and the brewery tunnels. There was enough going on and things to see for the kids to not get bored, especially when going down into the tunnels and crypt. Given how much everything costs these days I felt the price was reasonable.
Tips:
1. They provide water, no need to bring any.
2. A public parking lot is just north of the check-in spot on Vine St. It's not free but inexpensive.
3. A good part of the tour is outside at ground level so check the weather and prepare accordingly.
4. We booked the last tour of the day but got there 45 minutes early and were able to go on the second to last tour which turned out great because instead of a full tour of 15(?) people there were only 7 on ours.
