I have never had visited such a poorly run park ever. We entered the Hollywood park at 9am, stood in line for 2.5 hours for the Harry Potter ride, and it broke, Went to the Simpson ride, waited 45 minutes, and it broke. Went to the studio tour, waited 3 hours, so it was after 3 pm before we got to see anything. From there we went to the Jurassic Park ride, waited 2.5 hours, and it broke while we were on it. It actually stopped at the part where the big t-rex came out and growled at us, but our boat didn't dive for 20 minutes, we just say in the dark with dinosaurs growling at us and our kids crying during that time. No workers apologized or even asked if we wanted to go again to make it better. From there we went back to the Harry Potter ride with the Fast Passes we obtained, and it broke while we were in it, so the workers let is go again, and it broke again while we were in it, so we tried a third time, and you probably can guess...it broke a third time while we were in it. After that we thought we'd try one last ride, the Mummy. Single rider line was way shorter so we decided to try that since it was late and the regular line was more than an hour late. Well, the single rider line hardly moved due to workers not being willing to place singles on. We eventually switched over to the regular line after 90 minutes and had a empty seat next to us and told the workers to get a single rider...they refused. And wouldn't you know it, this ride broke too when we were on it. Literally every ride broke. What a waste of money! Our group of 8 flew to CA just for Universal Hollywood trip. I will never go again. Universal Orlando is sooo much better.
