Children must be accompanied by an adult
Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

An amazing experience!!! Our guide Logan was informational and filled with lots of jokes and laughs. He also made all passengers feel comfortable and safe throughout all of the rapids. If you’re gonna do anything while in Tennessee, go rafting with Logan!

We had a great time. Tons of fun and great rapids. Aubrey was a great guide, knowledgeable and helpful with questions. Would definitely go again. 10/10
