Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

If you get a guide named DJ just know you are in for a good time. He made the trip that much better! We had a a big group so we had to split into two groups. The other group’s tipped over and we had to go save them... DJ acted very professional and led our group to go save them. He was awesome and a really funny dude to be around!

Skinner was a great guide yesterday. We had an amazing adventure. Our children said it was epic! Kids had a lot of questions and Skinner was a really good sport and very informative. We definitely recommend her and the trip.
