You'll be enjoying a three-course menu with hand-picked dishes, fresh flowers, and tableware, creating an air of sophistication.

In winter months there is a communal table for up to 10 people. In summer months small tables await guests outside.

Chef Carolina is joined by Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

What a fabulous first day we had in Santa Fe when we began with a brunch, expertly presented by Chef Carolina and her partner Manuel.
