Dine in Santa Fe with a memorable meal at a specialized chef's brunch. Let Chef Carolina, trained at Le Cordon Bleu School, prepare dishes that showcase the unique flavors of Santa Fe, a mix of Spanish, Mexican, and Native American cuisines.

You'll be enjoying a three-course menu with hand-picked dishes, fresh flowers, and tableware, creating an air of sophistication.

In winter months there is a communal table for up to 10 people. In summer months small tables await guests outside.

Chef Carolina is joined by Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

The location is serene and basics for a brunch were presented. Very disappointed though that the Chef was out of town. Sous chef was in the kitchen. I didn’t pay for meal prepared by a sous chef, instead I paid for a Michelin chef.

The presentation overall was worth the adventure. The food was just as impressive. Highly recommend for a culinary experience if you enjoy a variety of taste and textures.

This was one of the most wonderful events I have ever attended. Carolina and her partner were the perfect hosts. The hosts greated us at the front door and seated us at our table promptly. we were served immediately with fresh cantaloupe water, coffee, teas, breads, and cookies ( all homemade). We had a wonderful course of yogurt ( handmade) and fruits, followed by a zucchini/ ricotta dish served over a tomato sauce. The meal ended with a tiramisu which was fabulous. The hosts were very accommodating, the table scape was awesome with fresh flowers and beautiful dishes. They turned on 2 patio heaters for us. After the meal Carolina personally took us on a tour of several vacant rooms each beautifully decorated in unique artifacts from around the world. we then wandered through her beautiful herb and vegetable gardens. This experience is a MUST for anyone traveling to Santa Fe. i can only imagine what the private rooms and service must be like.
