We have seen everything we wanted and that was planned. Our guides were amazing and managed to explain everything with a bit humor where it was apropriatte. They left us plenty of time to explore and take a closer look at the landmarks shown. We will surely reccomend to our friends and relatives.

I wish I could say this was an enjoyable tour, but unfortunately, it was anything but. From the start, the tour felt rushed—there was no real time to sightsee, take photos, or even absorb the significance of the places we visited. Instead, we were shuffled from one stop to another with minimal information provided. For example, we weren’t even directed to the Lincoln Memorial, nor were we told anything about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s historic "I Have a Dream" speech, which took place there. The only historical fact we were given was about the Vietnam Memorial and how some markings indicated unidentified soldiers. Adding to the discomfort, the tour guide, who had a thick German accent, spent the entire day complaining about Israeli protesters who happened to be in Washington that day. Listening to a man with a German accent continuously complain about Israelis was deeply unsettling and entirely inappropriate for a public tour. To make matters worse, the bus broke down, leaving us stranded for hours without any communication or updates on what was happening. While we sat there clueless, the tour guide ate, played his guitar, and then, to top it all off, had the audacity to ask everyone for a tip before we finally left. Additionally, there was absolutely no time allocated for purchasing souvenirs—not even a single moment to browse. This was not an informative or enjoyable experience, and I would not recommend this tour to anyone looking for a meaningful visit to Washington, D.C. It was disorganized, uncomfortable, and frankly, a waste of time and money.

James, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. However, after reviewing your feedback, we want to clarify that some of the details described do not align with our tour operations. At this time, we do not have a German male guide, and the guide for your tour was an American. Additionally, our company has a strict policy prohibiting guides from bringing musical instruments on tour, meaning the situation you described with a guitar could not have occurred on our tour. We take all guest feedback seriously, but we also believe it is important to ensure that reviews accurately reflect the experience we provide. If there was any misunderstanding or confusion, we would be happy to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at +1 866 426 2336 or email me at [email protected] Roie Empire vacations
