1. Due to extreme weather and snow, (not their fault obv) I really do think this should have been cancelled and refunded, but was only advised that we could go the next day instead but could not guarantee the weather would be better, and with limited time in NYC had no other choice but to carry on with original tour to not waste my money 2. There were multiple tour guides which was cool for other language speakers, but none could agree on what to do or where to eat, and the small but many arguments in the front of the bus could be heard by those sitting in the front. 3. Due to the extreme snow conditions (again, obviously not their fault) most of the attractions listed we were unable to visit due to them being closed and so we were advised we would just be driving past these attractions and to take photos from inside the bus which was not great. 4. Had to side track to Baltimore to change drivers as I don’t believe the driver was comfortable driving in bad conditions - which was great because ya know, safety first and we got to see a little bit of Baltimore. 5. The only attractions we visited were the war memorials and Lincoln memorial (Lincoln memorial being amazing to see). Then the train station to have lunch at a almost run down food court. (Not great :( ) 6. Stopped at the White House and Capitol but with everything fenced off for the inauguration, it wasn’t worth the time, effort or money to stop as could not see much of anything. It was good to stretch the legs though. In all, this tour really should only be offered any other time BUT winter where extreme conditions could happen at anytime as it was highly dissapointing especially for the amount of money that was paid. A full or partial refund would be appreciated but doubt it will happen.

Hi Halee, Thank you for your review. Our tours are 100% guaranteed for departure so when people like yourself travel across the whole world to visit a destination like Washington DC you have peace of mind that we won't call the day before and cancel on you because of a minor snowfall that may or may not actually happen. We did however offer anyone that was interested, the opportunity to change their tour date/booking prior to departure due to the snow - you elected not to do so. We provided the service for your group and 20+ other passengers whom did not complain. It is a shame that instead of reaching out to our company - like our guide offered you, you decided to write a negative review and copy/paste it into 3 reviews in an attempt to force us to give you a refund. All while our guide worked hard to ensure you had a lovely day - Ultimately if you are determined to be upset in life you will succeed! Regardless, we will always remain committed to our passengers and providing excellent service. If you would like to reach out office you can call us at +1 212 642 0915 and we'll be happy to see how we can help improve this experience for you. Joe Empire Vacations

Due to adverse weather conditions we did not get to see all the attractions. We were offered to go the next day but the conditions were forecast to be the same if not worse. A refund was never offered so we decided to go that day. All the museums were closed and the White House was surrounded by scaffolding. There were 4 guides who argued amount themselves on what we could do instead and couldn’t decide on anyt. We did see the Lincoln Memorial and Vietnam and Korean Memorial which were great and it was a relief to at least get off the bus for a short while. Even though we didn’t get to see all of the scheduled stops we were rushed through the few we did see. It was would have thought we would have been offered at least a partial refund due to not even getting half of what we expected on the tour
