That we got ripped off because it was not what was advertised there was no narrative there was a dj we did not want a party atmosphere we wanted a tour which is what we were told

Some ups and downs. The arrival and organization in the beginning needs improvement. There needs to be better organization at the front gate. After people had been in line for a while someone came out and said to divide the lines depending on which lunch cruise you were going on. This created an every man for him or herself environment. For the cost of the lunch, this should be better. That turned me off from the experience. People were aggressive and cutting in line. This is the responsibility of the host to provide a positive experience. The food was okay. The ship needs to be taken care of better. Get new carpets and ensure things are clean. It is and older ship but the presentation can be better.

The boat smell, we had a wheel chair and they put us in the bottom floor, our table looked at the wall!!! Because I didn’t pay for a window table!!! We were called last to eat and u don’t see anything. Expensive and worthless.
