Shopping was great lovely relaxed atmosphere, if you are ready for a break from the busy streets of New York, trip was a little expensive family of 4 and The women at the desk in the station was rude but apart from that a good Day out

Allow time to collect your tickets at the bus terminal, it’s a very large site and when we were there the queue was long! The outbound bus was very dirty. The driver from NYC was unwilling to help me with my return journey and in a very abrupt fashion told me to use the website for details and timings. Luckily the lady at the information desk at Woodbury was really helpful, she gave me advice on the return times. Although it was easy to navigate the location of the bus stop there are no obvious signs where the bus picks you up, so take note of its location as you disembark. The driver on the return was very friendly. Again the bus was not that clean.

The ride down was awesome. The shopping was even better. However we waited over an hour for the return bus to go back to the station. No one knew what time it was coming. I was told 3 different times and it ended up being 30 minutes later than that. Figure out the return bus schedule and it would be a great experience.
